ginger berry magic smoothie

a new gem- try it!

1 cup spring water

1 chunk ginger (large if you like it spicy!)

1 cup blueberries (frozen)

½ green apple (skin on)

1 small banana (frozen into chunks)

1 tbsp coconut butter 

1 tbsp coconut cream powder

2 tbsp hemp seeds

 

If you can't do bananas, substitute with more frozen berries and add in a pinch of stevia.


Blend in a high powered blender until thick & creamy
