peach mint smoothie

a peachy pizazz!

1 cup spring water

1 large bunch fresh mint leaves

1 cup peach (frozen)

1 small banana (frozen into chunks)

1 tbsp coconut butter 

1- 2 tbsp coconut cream powder

2 tbsp hemp seeds

 

Optional superfood add-ins: (Love them!)

1 tsp spirulina powder

1 tsp chlorella powder 

If you can't do bananas, substitute with more frozen peaches and add in a pinch of stevia.


Blend in a high powered blender until thick & creamy
